  • Naomi van Manen

    Naomi van Manen

    Staff Member, Reporting and Editorial Service @ House of Representatives of the Netherlands 

    Naomi works as a Staff Member in the Reporting and Editorial Service for the House of Representatives of the States General. She previously worked at the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. During her bachelor’s programme, she served as Education Commissioner for the study association Awater. 

    Education: History (BA), Dutch Language and Literature (MA).

    Language: Dutch.

  • Robin Wisse

    Robin Wisse

    Researcher @ CAOP

    Robin works as a researcher at CAOP, a knowledge partner for work in the public sector. There, she examines issues such as teacher shortages, social safety at the NPO, and the working conditions of university lecturers. She does this work while having a work disability. Previously, Robin pursued a PhD in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge (not completed) and worked at the Utrecht Library. During her bachelor’s degree, she was treasurer of the FUF and a member of the university council. 

    Education: Philosophy (BA), research master’s in Philosophy at University College London (MPhil).

    Koninklijke Bibliotheek

    In this workshop, Mirjam Cuper takes you into the world of heritage and the KB; the national library of the Netherlands. What exactly happens within the KB and with heritage? What choices are made regarding preservation and digitization? How does the digitization of heritage work? What role does AI play within the KB? And, of course, also important: what skills do you need to do this work? In this interactive workshop, you will get a look behind the scenes and learn more about making heritage digitally accessible.

    Career Services

    When finding an internship or job, it is important that you can clearly articulate all your skills. This workshop makes you aware of the transferable skills you have developed so far. After attending the workshop, you will have a clear picture of your skills and be better able to put them into words.
