You might run into these kinds of applications processes in your job search!
In this workshop you will learn more about Equalture and unbiased hiring processes, on which more and more companies focus. You will learn more about biases, how to recognize them and how they affect recruitment processes. You will also practice with some of Equaltures assessment games, for example to test your problem-solving skills.
Masha Morwood is Customer Success Lead at Equalture since September 2021. She is half-Northern Irish (grew up there) and half-Dutch. She came to Utrecht in August 2020 to do a Masters in Intercultural Communication at UU. Before that, she studied Languages (French & Spanish) at Durham University in England.
Joris Steinmann is an Organisational Psychologist at Equalture. He has an Msc in Organisational and Work- Psychology from Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
