Talk to former students (alumni), meet organisations from the work field, attend workshops, have a professional profile photo taken and your CV checked! After this evening, you will have a better idea of what you can do after your studies and how to get there.

    Imke van Dam

    Policy Advisor for Education @ Faculty of Science UU

    Imke works as a Policy Advisor for Education at the Faculty of Science of the UU. Their responsibilities include updating and coordinating the Education and Examination Regulations (EER), exploring opportunities for professional development for teaching staff, and serving as a member of the Faculty Council. During their bachelor’s programme, Imke was actively involved in the study association Albion, the Humanities Study Associations Consultation (SVO), and served as a student assessor.

    Henna Kanerva

    Communications Coordinator @ LIBER

    Henna works as Communications Coordinator at LIBER (Ligue des Bibliothèques Européennes de Recherche – Association of European Research Libraries). In this role, she is responsible for managing LIBER’s communication activities, events, and conferences. 

    Education: Media & Culture (BA) (major in Comparative Media Studies and Critical Data Studies; minor in Creative Cities), Media & Business (MA) (major in Corporate Communication).

    Language: English.
