Sophia Evertse, a dedicated professional, obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Religion & Culture, followed by a Master’s in Conflict Studies & Human Rights. As the first female chair of the student association Atlas, she showcased her leadership skills during her academic years. After her studies, she held various positions, including Executive Assistant and Office Manager at prominent organizations such as Pritle, BinckBank, and Venture Lawyers. Her commitment to personal and professional growth also led her to a role as Coach & Trainer at Utrecht University, where she developed interactive workshops to foster individual development and professionalism.
For the past five years, Sophia has utilized her expertise at Klimaatroute, starting as a (Junior) Consultant for Energy Efficiency and advancing to roles as Talent & Performance Coach and Operations Manager. In this latter role, she leads a team of sustainability consultants and contact managers, contributing to Klimaatroute’s mission to reduce energy consumption through the implementation of sustainable measures.

Sophia Evertse, een toegewijde professional, behaalde haar Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences met de focus op Religie & Cultuur, gevolgd door een master in Conflicstudies & Mensenrechten. Als eerste vrouwelijke voorzitter van studievereniging Atlas toonde ze haar leiderschapstalent tijdens haar studententijd. Na haar studie bekleedde ze diverse functies, waaronder Executive Assistant en Office Manager bij vooraanstaande organisaties zoals Pritle, BinckBank en Venture Lawyers. Haar toewijding aan persoonlijke en professionele groei leidde haar ook naar een rol als Coach & Trainer aan Universiteit Utrecht, waar ze interactieve werkgroepen ontwikkelde ter bevordering van individuele ontwikkeling en professionaliteit.
De afgelopen vijf jaar heeft Sophia haar expertise ingezet bij Klimaatroute, waar ze als (Junior) Consultant voor Energy Efficiency begon en doorgroeide naar de functies van Talent & Performance Coach en Operations Manager. In deze laatste rol leidt ze een team van duurzaamheidsconsultants en contact managers, en draagt ze bij aan de missie van Klimaatroute om energieverbruik te verminderen door implementatie van duurzame maatregelen.
